Using a season packed with impressive numbers in nearly every statistical category, senior pitcher Ashley Hagemann was named a second team All-Region pick by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association for the second consecutive year.

SB: Huskers’ Thomason named Big Ten Player of the Week
After an emotional close to the Nebraska softball team’s season this past weekend at Bowlin Stadium, Husker Brooke Thomason was named the final Big Ten Player of the Week by the Big Ten offices Monday, marking the seventh and final weekly award for the NU softball squad during it’s initial season in a the new league.
