CFS LogoCorn Fed Sports was founded by a pair of Nebraska students who wanted more out of a sports media outlet. Not just different in terms of coverage, but also in the opportunities provided to UNL students.

And although we’ve made tweaks and changes along the way, Corn Fed Sports is still dedicated to our core mission: Providing coverage of ALL the Husker sports we can, ALL the time. So after starting as a Husker sports website WITHOUT a credential for football, we’ve now become the most prolific student sports brand on campus by getting familiar with all of the varsity teams that rep the Big Red.

Now, as the students behind the brand have moved on into the professional world and graduate school, Corn Fed Sports has kept its core mission, but we’ve added another task: Help the sports media world evolve. Don’t worry though, as we get back to work here in 2017, we’re going to get back in the business of providing the most complete coverage of Husker sports. From gymnastics and wrestling (#TumbleNRumble) to softball and soccer, we get to the sports many media outlets skip over yet still give you a unique perspective on the major sports.

Follow Us on Twitter

Our ‘flagship’ Twitter account full of updates, information and just the right amount of attitude, and the place where it all started for us.

We use this account as our primary source for football and men’s basketball updates, and the account we use to make sure you stay posted on ALL Husker sports. All you have to do is follow along.

The best place for updates and coverage of Husker women’s sports ANYWHERE on Twitter.

We bring you updates and game coverage of soccer, softball, volleyball and women’s basketball (among many more), and make sure that you remember there is much more to Nebraska than football, men’s basketball and baseball.

A place just for updates, stats and other fun facts on ALL Husker sports, and a great place to get more than just the same ‘analysis’ and play-by-play updates of Husker football and basketball.

As we move forward, we are also looking to add more multimedia and graphic content to our stream and provide Husker fans with truly unique game coverage.

We try our best to control ourselves on Twitter, but RealSkers is where we let go a little bit more and have some fun on social media.

It doesn’t always make sense or have a point, but it’s always worth adding to your timeline for a little something different. We know Husker Nation likes to have fun, and we help you enjoy the games and festivities by sharing our access with the world.
