After a near miss on the road against Illinois over the weekend, the Nebraska men’s basketball team earned its first Big Ten win of the year 70-58 behind an impressive defensive showing against Penn State.

Nebraska guard Bo Spencer led the way with 19 points and five assists, while Toney McCray used strong shooting and timely inside play to put up 13 points of his own as fellow wing players Dylan Talley and Caleb Walker put up 12 points apiece to give the Huskers offensive balance.
